5 months..22 weeks!!

I can't believe it we made it to 5 months! I love how during pregnancy everything is in weeks, you literally live week by week for 40 weeks, or in my case almost 38 :) Lucky Mama I know! Now I am just supposed to forget that John was born on a Friday and start going by months!! Unfortunately I am not able to do that! Just like I turned a different week on Saturdays during pregnancy, every Friday I think about the day John was born. Maybe when he turns a year I will stop counting in weeks! I find it unbelievable that in less than a month he will be 6 months. A whole half of a year I have been a mommy, spent every waking hour thinking about him, caring for him. I wouldn't trade anything for it! I have said it before and I will say it again, he's the best thing I have ever done!!

Well since I updated the blog last week of what is has been up to I thought I would post a few pictures of his 5 month photo shoot with me :) I love my camera and have been trying to get good shots of him!! Man was I able to catch a few of his personality!

When we first found out John was a boy we went shopping for boy clothes! I found this sleeper that I fell in love with. It was size 6 months and looked so long and skinny. I tried and tried to image what John would look like in them. I hung them in his closet and stared at it over and over. Well John officially wore them last night! He looked even cuter in them than I imagined :) So of course I had to take a picture...or 5!!
